Empress®
This product began the esthetic revolution. Empress® is one of the most popular and highly prescribed products for Protech Dental Studio. This system is based on hot pressed glass technology. This provides the strength and reliability to produce most esthetic non-metal full coverage and veneer restorations. After pressing, our artists bring the case to life with thin-layer stacking of high quality porcelain. This restorations are truly works of art.
Feldspathic Porcelain Veneer
This process has several unique qualities. First, it allows you, the clinician, to perform a very conservative preparation. Second, since this is a stacking procedure, our technicians can achieve an excellent match to adjacent teeth through internal staining and characterization.
Procera AllCeram Porcelain Prosthetics
More patients are asking for constructions made of material not containing metal or other alloys. Procera AllCeram is the foundation cap that supports your final dental crown. The fit is important and optimized using modern technology. Procera AllCeram is made of bio-compatible material, comparable to titanium, which minimizes the risk of allergic reactions. Its translucency offers remarkable esthetic characteristics.
Procera AllCeram Porcelain opens an entirely new era in the history of using porcelain in dentistry. Until now, porcelain coated ceramic copings have been neither strong enough, nor durable enough for widespread use. Our copings are produced with a process called the Procera method, which ensures optimal fit, great strength, non-porosity, and has the ability to transmit light without being transparent.
Cristobal®+
Combining physical properties that exceed most other materials, Cristobal®+ offers long-term performance with proven clinical results. Cristobal®+ is a highly fracture-resistant, shock-absorbing material with ideal rebound properties. Its barium borosilicate glass filler has excellent cohesion to the matrix, due to a unique silanization process. BisGMA resin is used for its elastic memory and exceptional resilience and resistance to damage.

We begin this process by casting the precious metal of your choice. There is simply no other ceramic system on the market that provides the same level of aesthetics as Creation. Creation powders handle well, offer exact shade matching, and simulate many of the same optical properties found in teeth. Most important, the system allows us to "customize" our restorations and use many powders in a build-up process

Cerec inLab/YZ Zirconia
Protech is proud to offer you CEREC inLab restorations, the standard for all-ceramic CAD/CAM restorations. CEREC inLab mills crown copings and multiple-unit bridges out of single, solid blocks of Vita In-Ceram material. We now have the ability to produce the most comprehensive range of restorative applications, including fully-contoured crowns, multiple-unit bridges, inlays, onlays and splinted teeth. The finished restorations are placed using conventional cementation or bonding. A 6-year in vivo success rate of up to 99% gives you complete confidence and peace of mind that the restorations will last.
This product is excellent for single and multi-unit cases. Using zirconia framework and Cerec 3-D technology, we fabricate strong aesthetic bridges than may span up to 5 units.
